The Plasticade brand WindSign 28 x 44 with a rolling base is awesome.  It’s a portable sandwich board that allows for quick sign changes using the patented Quick-Change™ feature. The signs easily slide in and out without the need for tape, hook and loop, or screws. The WindSign is made of plastic and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, as it resists strong winds and does not rust, splinter, or discolor. The board has coil springs that resist wind gusts and return the sign to an upright position. It can hold corrugated plastic signs or other rigid material up to 3/16″ thick. The board has wheels for easy movement and comes preinstalled with a stable wide base that can be filled with dry sand. The Stay Tabs™ hold the signs securely in place, and the board requires no tools for quick and easy assembly.
