SignDelivery VanWraps is committed to precision and accuracy in bringing your custom van wrap designs to life. We understand the importance of every detail in your design, especially the accuracy of text and spelling. Our return policy is tailored to address concerns specifically related to spelling discrepancies between the delivered product and your approved design proof.

Conditions for Return

  • Specific Grounds for Return: Returns are accepted strictly in instances where there is a spelling error in the final product that deviates from the spelling in the customer-approved design proof.
  • Proof of Discrepancy: To initiate a return, customers are required to provide photographic evidence clearly showing the spelling discrepancy between the received product and the approved design proof.
  • Extended Notification Window: Customers must report any spelling discrepancies within 30 days of receiving the product. Reports filed after this period will not be eligible for return or replacement.
  • Product Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been used, altered, or otherwise damaged after delivery will not qualify for return based on spelling discrepancies.

Return Procedure

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service at [email protected] or call 901-522-5116 with your order number, photographic evidence of the spelling error, and a detailed account of the issue.
  2. Review and Approval: Our team will review your evidence against the approved design proof. If your claim is validated, we will provide instructions for returning the product, including the return address and any necessary documentation.
  3. Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to guarantee the product’s safe return.
  4. Discretionary Replacement: Upon receipt and verification of the spelling discrepancy, we will determine, at our discretion, whether to produce a replacement product. Please note, SignDelivery VanWraps does not offer refunds. Replacement is the only remedy under this policy. The resolution process may take up to 14 days.

Important Considerations

  • Custom Products: Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns for spelling discrepancies that differ from the approved design proof.
  • Minor Variations: Please note that minor variations in color or detail due to monitor differences or production processes are not covered under this policy.
  • Prints: Prints that have been peeled away from the release liner in an attempt to install are not eligible for returns.
